The interior, while simple is professionally and elegantly appointed the way every professional restaurant should be.
The Menu
One of the most difficult things about Italian food is finding the same ole dishes that are seasoned for the masses, which is to say not really seasoned at all. This is NOT the case at all with North Italia. Their dishes are flavorful and exquisitely seasoned. Whether you order the Cacio E Pepe Pizza, a pulled Prochetta sandwich, or Bolognese (which is a house speciality, by the way) you will find your meal perfectly seasoned. The magical thing about North Italia is their consistency. How many times have you thought you found the perfect place for your favorite Italian dish only to be disappointed when you order it a second time? The level of professionalism and attention to detail bring you a delightfully high-quality experience every time.
Service
The only thing that might rival the menu at North Italia is the service. Having dined at lunch, dinner, on the weekend, during busy, and through the holiday season the service does not waver. From the hostess, to your server, to the bartender the service is flawless every time.
Atmosphere
With the precision and consistency that North Italia offers you might think the atmosphere would be less than comfortable, but you’d be wrong. Whether at their peak time or before or after a busy period, the dining room always seems to be at a comfortable volume. The music is never too loud and you will converse comfortably with your party throughout your entire meal.

There really isn’t anything negative to say about North Italia. During the holiday season when the area is busier than usual you may have a difficult time finding parking, but you should know there is additional parking to the rear of the building with only a tiny bit of additional walking. At their very busiest, the walk from your car and the wait times are minimal. North Italia does take reservations, which is recommended, but walk-in wait times are very reasonable.
Location
The only Nevada location of North Italia is in the Rampart Commons in Summerlin across the street from Boca Park at Fort Apache (Rampart) and Charleston. There are many other locations across the country, which can be a great tool when you’re traveling to a new city and need a quality, quaint, and dependable restaurant for your business meeting or family gathering.
